We offer worldwide shipping on all NorthPhil orders. All packages are shipped from our fulfillment center in Spain.

Orders are processed Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays. Once your order has been placed, you will receive a confirmation email. Orders are typically fulfilled within 1–3 business days. Please note that during collection launches or promotional periods, processing times may be slightly longer due to high demand.

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email to monitor the status of your delivery.

Estimated delivery times:
• Spain: 2–4 business days
• Europe: 3–7 business days
• International: 7–14 business days

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary based on location, customs processes, and external factors. We are not responsible for any delays caused by the courier, customs, or force majeure events. Any customs fees or import duties are the responsibility of the customer.
