Returns & Exchanges

If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 14 days of the delivery date.

To be eligible for a return, items must be:
• Unworn, unwashed, and in original condition
• Free of any damage or signs of use
• Returned with original tags and packaging

To initiate a return, please email support@northphil.es with your order number, reason for return, and whether you are requesting a refund or store credit.

Once your return is approved, you will receive detailed instructions for sending the item back to us. We recommend using a tracked shipping method to ensure safe return. NorthPhil is not responsible for lost or stolen returns in transit.

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different size or product, you must place a new order after receiving your refund or store credit.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the product received was faulty or incorrect. In such cases, please contact us and we will cover the return cost.

Refund Policy

After your return is received and inspected, you will receive a confirmation email regarding the status of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. The time it takes for the funds to appear in your account may vary depending on your payment provider.

If the return does not meet our conditions (e.g. signs of wear, missing packaging, etc.), the refund may be refused, and the item will be returned to you at your cost.
